OK, the exciting might have been a stretch, but whenever I start a new venture like this website I do get a bit excited about it. So, what’s new?

I created a new banner for the top of the main site and this blog. The banner was created in GIMP, which is an open source program similar to Photoshop. For years I used PaintShop Pro, but a failed hard drive cost me my program and thousands of images. The new version of PSP is a bit pricey, although I could purchase an older version on ebay. For now, let’s just say that my GIMP abilities are still on a learning curve.

I added the Share This plugin, which allows you to share any of the posts here on a variety of social networking sites, like Facebook and Twitter, or by email.

I’ve already mentioned this, but you can follow @RVBloggers on twitter.

Links. I’ve shared links with some other RVer sites. There are just two so far – Everything About RVing and RVing Blogs. More to come, to be sure.
